Administrative Council
The Administrative Council (a.k.a. "Ad. Council") of the church includes the chairs of all standing committees, as well as the Minister and Lay Leader. It is headed by the Administrative Council Chair. The Council's purpose is to foster communication between committees, to develop church policies, and to do "big picture" planning, always mindful of our evolving vision and mission statement. The Council also plays an important role in the finances of the church and must vote to approve the annual budget, capital improvements, etc.
